This project aimed to promote the region's tourism potential through its cheesemaking tradition, revitalize forgotten local products and traditional knowledge for future generations, and contribute to local socio-economic development. Through the collaborative work of universities, NGOs, and local producers, Turkey's first cheese route was created. Alongside a tour program for dairies on the route, "From Tradition to Future Local Cheese Webinars" were organized, and an inventory book compiling 'Kars Cheese Stories' was published.
